Great Customer service
Two days ago, I bought an electric bike from Tifgalop, and some parts seemed to be missing. I was a little disappointed, actually, but the most amazing thing is that the customer service was really patient with me when I was panicking! He gave me directions slowly, and after almost a week, the missing parts were immediately sent to my house, and my problem was solved.
